Handling of your code and data

Mutual NDA before kickoff. Work happens only inside the access you grant.
Your code is deleted within 7 days of handover, confirmed in writing. An option with a dated follow-up keeps access until that date.
AI tools are used only under terms that exclude training on your inputs. For Claude, Anthropic’s Commercial Terms, §B: Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services.
Prefer no AI at all? Say so at kickoff; turnaround grows by half.

Working hours

Calls 8:00–11:00 ET on weekdays. Everything else is async.
Replies within the option’s response time (Characteristics).
Delivery sprints run one at a time, so your start date is confirmed when you order.

Notes

The clock starts when the access you grant works. Kickoff needs a mutual NDA, one named contact and read-only access where the work needs it.
